Adrian Gonzlez is a man of streaks, and luckily for the Sox, he's back on a hot one. Also hot Thursday night was Andrew Miller, who's making a case to stay in the rotation.

So much for all that "Sox can't beat the Rangers" talk. They did it again -- the third time in a row -- Thursday night, 6-0. Gonzalez went deep twice, and Miller pitched lights out.

With Hurricane Irene scheduled to hit Boston late Saturday night, the Red Sox have re-scheduled their Sunday game to Saturday at 5 p.m.
