Alex Rodriguez was set to bat, but before he could, manager Joe Girardi pinch-hit Raul Ibanez for him.
Ibanez crushed a home run to tie things up, and three innings later hit another one to give the Yankees a 3-2 win over the Orioles.
Rodriguez was shown in the dugout cheering, but man, that must have been tough, right? How do you balance being taken out by your manager and winning because of the person who replaced you?
