After a rough start to his Red Sox career, John Lackey has bounced back in 2013 with a 5-5 record and a 2.99 ERA in 13 starts.
Lackey suffered through inconsistency and injuries during his first two seasons in Boston, but after missing all of last season and getting in better shape, he has returned to the form that the Sox saw when they signed him to a five year, $82.5 million contract prior to the 2010 season.
On The Baseball Show, Dan Shaughnessy discussed what has changed for Lackey and just how big of a turnaround he has made this season.
"It's a great redemption story," Shaughnessy said. "He's back on square footing."
