The Red Sox kicked off their home season in style on Monday, beating the Orioles, 3-1.

Clay Buchholz pitched seven shutout innings in the win, and Daniel Nava hit a three-run home run that proved to be all Boston needed.

Nava has been locked on to start the season, and he showcased it again. But when David Ortiz comes back, there may be a few too many able players for the positions available. Red Sox manager John Farrell will have to figure out a way to make it work.

Jessica Moran, Lou Merloni, and Sean McAdam discuss.

"When you have Nava able to swing from the right side and deliver as he did today with the home run, a single, and a walk - three good at-bats against a pretty good lefty - that does make it a little more difficult for Farrell but in a good way because he has some options and flexibility," McAdam said.
