FORT MYERS, Fla. -- First baseman Mike Napoli, who was hit on the left hand by a pitch on Monday, is back in the lineup on Tuesday. This is his first time in the lineup on consecutive days. With an off-day Wednesday, manager John Farrell said Napoli is scheduled to play Thursday and Saturday.

“But then we get in to next week. There’ll be a little bit more regular turns being taken,” Farrell said. “The way he’s come out of each work session, other than normal stiffness that a player would go through in camp, there’s been no issues there.”
