David Ortiz is at it again. He told Steve Burton of CBS that if the Red Sox don't offer him an extension, "time to move on."
It could be argued that the smartest business move is for the Red Sox to wait for Ortiz to finish out 2014 and then offer him a deal commensurate with his level of production.
It could also be argued that Ortiz deserves another year on his deal. He helped the team win a World Series ring with a mammoth postseason performance.
Our question to you: How would you feel if the Red Sox opted not to extend Ortiz's deal and he "walked" for another franchise?
