The Red Sox have moved on from the Tampa Bay Rays, but the series provides a look at what the Red Sox need to fix going forward.

Michael Holley, Michael Felger and Michael Silverman discussed whether John Farrell should be a concern, leading to Holley letting out some frustration about the Rays.

“Don’t get me started on Tampa and the cute little story and the cuddly little Tampa Bay Rays,” Holley said. “I can’t stand their story. I hate their story more than I hate their team.”

Felger came to the defense of Joe Maddon and the Tampa Bay Rays, believing Maddon did a better job of managing than Farrell in the ALDS.

“Farrell was not good in that series,” Felger said. “Joe Maddon was one of the only reasons Tampa is in the playoffs half the time and is one of the only reasons why they were in that series.”
