The premiere of The Show on Monday also led to the debut of the Hash It Out segment, which featured each of the four members creating a hashtag to describe the state of the Red Sox right now.

CSNNE.com columnist Rich Levine credited the success of shortstop Jose Iglesias thus far in 2013 to none other than former Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez, using the hashtag #ThePedroEffect while stating his point. 

"Pedro is crediting himself, essentially, in typical Pedro fashion, for getting through to Iglesias," Levine said. "Listen, we've seen a change in this guy."
