The Boston Red Sox rely on a strong farm system to give the organization strong depth and a bright future.
On Friday, Jessica Moran visited with the Lowell Spinners, the Red Sox Single-A affiliate, to catch up with a few of the organization's most promising prospects, Ty Buttreyy and Teddy Stankiewicz. Moran spoke with the two young players about what it would mean to them to someday play at Fenway Park.
Stankiewicz was most exited about the idea of playing with some of the Red Sox currently on the roster.
"Get to play with David Ortiz," Stankiewicz said with a smile.
"We'll see what happens. It's going to be a lot of fun."
