Bob Ryan joined Gary Tanguay on Sports Tonight to discuss the upcoming matchup between the Red Sox and either the Indians or the Rays.

Which one poses a bigger threat to the Sox?

While the Rays pose a huge threat on the pitching mound, Ryan says that Evan Longoria is very key to the series. If he gets hot, look out.

But David Price has the Red Sox number, and he will pitch Game 2 and 5 if he gets the chance.

The Sox don't have an ace of that caliber, but they do have a great all-around staff led by Jon Lester.

That leads to the question: Would you rather have a top ace on a staff and a bunch of average guys, or a solid rotation from top to bottom?
