New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft spoke on Monday about his reaction to Aaron Hernandez's connection to the murder of Odin Lloyd.
"You can be sure we'll be looking at all our procedures and auditing how we do things," Kraft said.
Bob Ryan and Gary Tanguay discuss how this impacts the Patriots' strategy on UNO Sports Tonight.
"I think there's going to be some heightened interest in this whole topic now throughout the league and all leagues," Ryan said.
Ryan added that the murder charge is different, but not in a way that it should be ignored. Rather, this should make teams more aware of what their players are doing off the field, Ryan said.
"We have," Ryan said, "become numbed to all other types of crime that athletes are being accused of: All kinds of sexual harassment, wife beating, drunken driving, etc. This is a different realm that no one's prepared to deal with this."
