The Patriots secondary is in full crisis mode after a 24-23 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday in Seattle. Looking back, has Bill Belichick missed on two many draft picks for his defensive backfield?

That's what some fans were asking on social media following the Pats' stunning loss Sunday in the Pacific Northwest.

Damon Amendolora of 98.5 The Sports Hub also pointed to the success former Pats coach Pete Carroll, now the Seahawks coach, has had in building a secondary and compared it to some of Belichick's less-than-stellar picks.

Said George on Twitter: "Secondary is horrible. Secondary coach needs to be fired. I've seen enough."

For the record, the Pats have split duties in coaching the secondary this season. Josh Boyer coaches the defensive backs and Brian Flores the safeties.

Said former Patriots All-Pro defensive back Ty Law: "It's screwed up across the board from a talent standpoint and a leadership standpoint."
