EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- It's a sunny but brisk day at MetLife Stadium.
It's currently 57 degrees, according to Weather.com, and the day's high is supposed to hit 62. But it feels colder. The 12 mile per hour wind has some bite to it.
Two hours before kickoff there were a good number of players from both teams warming up on the field. Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard went through a rigorous workout under the eyes of the athletic training staff and position coach Josh Boyer. Dennard was not on the injury report this week, but it appeared as though he would be a game-time decision. He has since been announced as active.
Matthew Slater, who's missed the last four games, was also getting loose with his teammates. He's also active for today.
The Patriots would improve to 6-1 in the win and remain undefeated in the division at 3-0. New York has so far split, 1-1, in the AFC East. The team's first divisional loss came at the hands of New England on September 12.
