FOXBORO -- The Patriots are back in Foxboro after two consecutive weekends on the road.
They will need every advantage this week they can get.
The undefeated Saints are Week 6's opponent. More than two hours before kickoff, several New Orleans players are out on the Gillette Stadium turf, checking out the field conditions and getting warmed up. This is largely unfamiliar territory. These two teams have played just three times since 2000, and the Saints haven't traveled to New England since 2005.
The weather is fine. Current 60-degree weather will drop to the mid-50s during the game, but the wind will also fall off from 10 miles per hour to around 7. The forecast calls for sun and more sun.
If the Patriots can bounce back from last weekend's loss, they'll improve to 5-1.
