FOXBORO -- With absences on Friday, Tommy Kelly and Leon Washington have now missed a full week of practice. Both players were injured in last weekend's loss to Cincinnati; Kelly hurting a knee, and Washington, an ankle.

Linebacker Jamie Collins has returned after missing the Thursday workout for a non-injury related reason.

Otherwise, the Patriots had a full house for the shells session. Rob Gronkowski (back/forearm), Stevan Ridley (thigh bruise), Tavon Wilson (hamstring), and Matthew Slater (wrist) -- all players who were inactive against the Bengals -- were out on the upper grass field with the team.

New England's full practice and participation report, complete with game status designations, will be released around 4 p.m.
