The New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers have had some memorable matchups over the previous seasons.
With another matchup slated for Sunday, the New England Tailgate crew made their picks on which team would come out on top at Foxboro.
“The Patriots are a better team overall,” Fred Smerlas said. “Steelers are depleted, the Patriots are depleted. At home, it’s going to be a slugfest. But the Patriots will pull it out in the end and they’ll win by 10.”
Steve DeOssie thinks the Patriots will have their hands full this week with Steelers’ quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
“Even though [Roethlisberger’s] team is not near as good as a team as the Patriots right now, he will find a way to keep this game close,” DeOssie said. “Look for the Patriots to win this game by three, the Steelers cover.”
