The list of ex-Ravens who were enjoying a victory parade in Baltimore a little more than a month ago keeps growing.

On the first day of free agency, Baltimore lost defensive end Paul Kruger and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe, their two most promising young defenders. Kruger went to AFC North foe Cleveland. On Monday, Anquan Boldin was traded to San Francisco. Ray Lewis has retired. Ed Reed is on the open market. Bryant McKinnie is on the open market. Cary Williams is on the open market.

So the defending Super Bowl champs, a team that's been in the last two conference title games against the Patriots now finds itself chock full of holes less than 12 hours into free agency.
