Rob Gronkowski has gotten off to best start to a career of any tight end in NFL history, racking up 2,663 receiving yards while finding the endzone 38 times. He set an NFL record for touchdowns by a tight end with 17 in 2011, his second year in the league.
But with injuries beginning to mount to the tight end – ending each of the last two seasons with injuries and five surgeries this offseason alone – was it a mistake to pick Gronkowski in the 2nd round of the 2010 NFL Draft?
“I would absolutely make that pick,” said Michael Felger on UNO Sports Tonight. “For a Hall of Fame talent, which is what [Gronkowski] is, you roll the dice that he stays healthy. I would make that every single time.”
