FOXBORO -- If the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in complete turmoil behind the scenes, you'd never know it by talking to coach Greg Schiano.

"I think the stuff that you're referring to is all outside our building," said Schiano in a conference call on Wednesday, when asked about any potential issues inside the locker room. "I'm not concerned with what's happening outside the building. The only thing that I concern myself with is our locker room and our coaches offices and meeting rooms. And they're all good."

The Buccaneers record is not "all good." They enter Gillette Stadium on Sunday 0-2. And some reports paint the picture that not everybody is on the same page.

Schiano, on Wednesday, disagreed.

"We're very frustrated about our start, our win-loss record," he said. "But as far as guys working together and believing in all those things, I feel very, very confident about our organization."

When asked if the Buccaneers locker room is "united" as a team entering Sunday's game against the Patriots, Schiano quickly and confidently replied, "Without a doubt."
