Darrelle Revis. Jimmy Graham. Big-name players who could be available to Pats. Will Bill Belichick bite?

Darrelle Revis is reportedly available for the right price.

Jimmy Graham was franchise tagged, but can be traded for two first round picks and then signed . . .

Are these just Patriots fans dreams? Probably.

After all, Bill Belichick isn't one to break the bank on any one player.

Kirk Minihane - like lots of us - thinks it's wishful thinking to begin with based on the fact he doesn't see Belichick going for a player like Graham.

But Bob Ryan and Gary Tanguay are in the "now or never" side of things, where they feel Belichick has to do something soon.

"They need a talent upgrade and they have to consider how much is left with Brady," Ryan said. "I think that's the No. 1 concern. Go for it. They got to start going for it as long as they have Brady."

For that to happen, Belichick will have to look at things differently.

"He's going to have to make a late-career adjustment in his M.O.," Ryan said. "I agree. We all agree on one thing, he's smart, he can do whatever he sets his mind to do, he just has to adopt a different thought process."
