Some good news for the beleaguered Patriots secondary:
According to Sports Illustrated's Peter King, "The hip rehab of New England cornerback Ras-I Dowling is going very well and he'll be ready for most if not all of his offseason work."
Dowling's injury was one of the reasons the Pats' defensive backfield was in such disarray last season. A healthy Dowling could be a step toward fixing what was a season-long problem in Foxboro.
