A Bristol County District Attorney's investigation has moved to Interstate 95 in Dedham, according to WCVB TV.
The Bristol County DA's investigation into Aaron Hernandez and the murder of Odin Lloyd is still underway, though it has not yet been reported that Tuesday's investigation on I-95 is linked to that particular case.
However, on July 2, police reached out to the public to help in the Hernandez investigation as authorities searched for a mirror broken off of a 2013 Nissan Altima that allegedly carried both Hernandez and Lloyd on the night of Lloyd's death. The broken side-view mirror was expected to be somewhere along the route from Dorchester (where Hernandez allegedly picked up Lloyd that night) to North Attleboro (the site of Lloyd's murder).
Massachusetts State Police would only say the search was part of "an active investigation," according to WCVB.
