The Patriots offense finally snapped out of their rut last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The offense exploded for 55 points and got stellar performances out of Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Danny Amendola and Aaron Dobson.

Paul Perillo joined Gary Tanguay on Sports Tonight to discuss who has had the biggest impact on the Patriots’ offense.

“It doesn’t have to be everybody to me, it has to be Rob Gronkowski,” said Perillo on how the Patriots offense can remain consistent. “I think you saw the difference that he can make and the space that he creates for everybody else. … He is just such a dangerous guy and he requires so much attention from the defense that you are going to get opportunities for the other guys.”

One player who is looking to come back to the Patriots offense and add some stability is Shane Vereen, who has been out since Week 1 with a wrist injury.

“I think Shane Vereen is the cherry on top of the dessert,” Tanguay said. “You mentioned, Gronk is the key. But with this guy, he could really push them over the top offensively.”
