The Patriots announced today that they released offensive lineman Rich Ohrnberger and defensive lineman Mike Wright.
Wright played in the 2011 season-opener in Miami but suffered a concussion and did not appear in another game. He was inactive for four games before being placed on injured reserve on Oct. 14.
Wright landed with the Patriots as a rookie free agent out of Cincinnati in 2005 and had 174 total tackles and 15.0 sacks in 81 games.
Ohrnberger was placed on injured reserve on Sept. 3 and did not appear in any regular season games last season.
