Say bye-bye to the high-top fade once again.
The Patriots have released wide receiver Tiquan Underwood. CSNNE's Mary Paoletti confirms an earlier report.
Underwood has been on and off the Patriots roster in the past, the most recent being when he was cut the day before Super Bowl XLVI, and re-signed days after.
With a revamped wide receiver corps after the additions of Brandon Lloyd, Anthony Gonzalez, Donte Stallworth and Jabar Gaffney, along with the franchise tag of Wes Welker and the re-signing of Deion Branch, there was simply no room for Underwood on the roster.
