Danny Amendola could be back on the field today against the Bengals, according to a report from the NFL Network.

It’s looking good for a return by rookie tight end Zach Sudfeld. He participated fully in practice on Wednesday as he continues to recoup from a hamstring injury that kept him out of last Thursday’s game against the Jets.

Sudfeld was the only Patriot nursing an injury to have full participation on Sunday. Danny Amendola, Brandon Bolden, Nate Ebner, Dan Connolly, Rob Gronkowski, Will Svitek and Leon Washington participated on a limited basis.

Matt Slater (broken wrist) and Marquice Cole (excused for birth of his child) were not out there at all.

Amendola again was out at practice despite the groin issue which is expected to keep him down for a few games.
