FOXBORO -- The Patriots went full pads on Tuesday morning in their final work before a six-day break.
While safety Steve Gregory was not on the field thanks to his thumb injury, linebacker Rob Ninkovich, who rolled his left ankle Sunday did take part in practice.
Wide receiver Austin Collie and running back Brandon Bolden were also absent.
There were two unknown players at Patriots practice -- a receiver wearing No. 16 and a running back wearing No. 35 -- which means we may be hearing about some roster moves later today.
The Patriots will scatter to the wind until Tuesday when they will return to prepare for the Carolina Panthers.
