Current Broncos and former Patriots center Dan Koppen tore his ACL in training camp and is out for the season, the Denver Broncos tweeted.

Koppen played for the Patriots for nine years starting in 2003, but played with Denver last season. He played in all 16 regular season games in six of his nine seasons, missing 15 games in 2011 to a fibula injury.

During 9-on-7 drills, he was caught in a pile and had to be carted off the field. An MRI revealed he tore his left ACL and would miss the entire 2013 season.
