Mike Flynn, a former Ravens center, and teammate of Ray Lewis, joins the "Uno Sports Tonight" crew to discuss the impact the Hernandez situation will have in the locker room and on the field for the Patriots.

Flynn said the season after Lewis was charged in connection with murder, the case wasn't a distraction to him or his Ravens teammates.

"We had the guy come back and actually play on the team," Flynn said. "We never really thought about it....Maybe for him, he had to answer questions. It was no distraction to me at all."

Flynn was asked if the Patriots team leaders will take a more active role in light of the Hernandez case.

"Some guys listen [to leaders], some guys won't," Flynn said. "The guys that you can't help, there's nothing you can do and something happens and they find themselves out of the league. Now, if a guy gets a speeding ticket, they're not going to run up and tell Bill Belichick."
