OK. It's been one week, people. Are we really going to take Wes Welker's three-catch day and use it as a jumping-off point to start wondering if he should be traded?
Of course we are.
Steve DeOssie says the Patriots wouldn't do it. Not because Welker's made up one half of the most productive pass-catch combination in the NFL over the last four years. Nope. He says other teams won't value Welker as much as the Patriots do so the Patriots wouldn't get much in return. Hence, not worth a trade.
