Despite the injuries that have piled up for the Patriots, and all the new personnel that has come in, they continue to win games - 12 to be exact.

That's good enough for the AFC's No. 2 seed and a first round bye. Tom E. Curran and Kevin Walsh discuss the Pats season and all they've been through.

"When you look at the Patriots accomplishing a 12-4 season and gaining that first-round bye, that is really the import that comes out of today," Curran said. "And to do it in a fashion in which they had so many guys that they either said goodbye to, lost in free agency, locked up for murder, it's a remarkable performance by this team. It goes to the head coach and coaching, it goes to Tom Brady, and it really goes to the young players who assimilated into the system."

The two go on to discuss a particular Patriots newbie, LeGarrette Blount, who had a monster game on Sunday.
