This Patriots team has a bit of an old-school feel to it, does it not? Especially after their 41-7 win over the Ravens. New England players knew that very few pundits picked them to win. A couple of them -- Stephen Gostkowski and Rob Ninkovich in particular -- asked Patriots Insider Tom E. Curran directly who he picked to win the game.

They used those perceived slights to fuel them Sunday, just like those teams from the early aughts that won Super Bowls.

"The resolve this team has shown and the ability to not get caught up in the details of who isn't there and actually start to channel the negativity that they perceive out into positivity that they perceive in . . . the whole thing has been old school this year," Curran said.

Watch the video above to see what else Curran and Mike Giardi had to say about the win in Baltimore.
