Poor Tom Brady. This is starting to become a monthly occurrence.
Brady's been praised in the past for the fire and energy he infuses into his team. But it seems as though his teammates aren't always all that receptive to said passion.
When Tavon Wilson returned an interception for a touchdown to give the Patriots a 41-7 lead late in the fourth quarter against the Ravens yesterday, Brady got out of his seat, raised his hand high and looked for someone -- anyone -- to high-five.
Nothin' but air.
“I know, some of the guys showed me," Brady told WEEI on Monday morning. "I said, ‘Where were all my guys?’ They were all running on the field. [Julian Edelman] said, ‘Don’t worry, I’m going to find you next time.’ I don’t know, it’s been all year. I don’t know, I can’t get anyone to get in there with me.”
