The Richie Incognito – Jonathan Martin scandal has created waves all across the National Football League.

Gary Tanguay, Michael Felger, and Ron Borges weighed in on the ongoing scandal on Sports Tonight.

“If [Incognito] was my son I would be mortified,” Borges said. “I would probably take a bat to him. No one else would have to do it. The Martin guy is an interesting situation. He somehow gets turns inside out, becomes this rat and he’s the enemy and he’s a terrible guy. All he did was go to his boss and say ‘I think this is pretty uncool.’”

While forms of hazing happen across most NFL locker rooms, the type of hazing involved in the Incognito-Martin situation has been a detriment to the entire Dolphins’ organization.

“I don’t get the value of it,” Felger said. “The treating of a player like that gets the best out of him or brings the team together? I don’t get the whole hazing thing in general and how it makes you a better team.”
