We have seen this before from Tom Brady.
Brady led the New England Patriots to a 30-27 win over the Saints with a last minute game-winning drive capped off with a 17-yard touchdown pass to Kenbrell Thompkins with five seconds left in the game.
Tom E. Curran and Ron Borges joined Michael Holley on Sports Sunday to talk about Brady’s heroics on the Patriots last drive of the game.
“All of a sudden, he really needs to make three or four plays, and they make the plays,” Borges said. “It’s not like he did it alone, but in the end, Brady does that over and over.”
Jimmy Graham, the Saints highly touted tight end, was shut down during the game as he had no catches.
“If you look at the game plan overall, they’ve done it with A.J. Green, they’ve done it with Julio Jones, and they did it today with Jimmy Graham, take the best player away, make somebody else beat you.” Curran said.
