He won't be coaching this weekend, but Bill Belichick will still have use for those little golf pencils he likes so much. So will Tom Brady.
According to Jim McCabe of Golf Week, Belichick and Brady will play together in the same foursome at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am this weekend. The tournament begins tomorrow at Spyglass, and the pair of Patriots will tee off at 8:22 a.m. PST.
Belichick will play alongside James Driscoll, from Brookline. The two played together in the same foursome last year when Driscoll played with Notre Dame football coach and Belichick pal Brian Kelly.
Brady will be paired with Ricky Barnes, who has played with Belichick in the past and whose father Bruce punted for the Patriots in the 1970s.
