Boston Celtics big man Jared Sullinger has played well of late -- good enough to be named the NBA's Eastern Conference Player of the Week for games played Feb. 3-9.
Sullinger led the Celtics to a 2-1 record this week, with wins over Philadelphia and Sacramento. He averaged 20.3 points, 12.7 rebounds and 1.67 blocks in that span while tallying a double-double in each game.
He becomes the second Celtics player this season to be named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week. Jordan Crawford, who has since been traded to Golden State, received the award in December.
The Western Conference winner was Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant.
