The Boston Celtics will be a younger-looking team this fall - and it's not just the players, either.

Celtics head coach Brad Stevens, 36, adds yet another familiar and youthful face to the C's coaching staff with the addition of 23-year-old Ronald Nored.

Nored, who played for Stevens at Butler, comes to Boston in what will be his third coaching job in just four months.

Not even Hall of Famer and current SMU coach Larry Brown, known to change jobs the way most folks change socks, can lay claim to such a quick turnaround.

But to Nored's credit, each of the jobs he has moved on to was clearly better than the predecessor.

After starting off as a high school coach at Brownsburg (Ind.) High School where he was 11-10, he moved on to being an assistant at South Alabama under another former Bulldogs player, Matt Graves.

And now he's on to the NBA where he will primarily be in a player development role, similar to the one held down last season by J.P. Clark who went to the Los Angeles Clippers as part of Doc Rivers' staff.

In addition to Nored, other Celtics assistants with Butler ties include Micah Shrewsberry (a former Butler assistant) and 23-year-old Drew Cannon who who specialized in basketball analytics at Butler.
