BOSTON -- Rajon Rondo and John Wall lay on the ground after Wall drew an offensive foul on his point guard counterpart.
Rondo came up holding his left hand, but said after the game said he was ok.
I just landed on it, he told CSNNE.com.
Rondo stayed in the game and finished the night with 13 assists, seven rebounds, and six points in a team-high 38 minutes.
Following the Celtics 100-92 win over the Washington Wizards, Celtics head coach Doc Rivers said spills are part of the game, especially for the style of basketball the feisty point guard plays.
Hes going to take a lot of them all year, said Rivers. Thats just him and John Wall, that whole group of slasher, quick guards. Theyre going to be on the floor a lot and theyve just got to keep getting up.
