Let's take a break from trying to predict when Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo will return to the court, and focus our predictions on another starting guard for the Celtics -- Avery Bradley.

While Bradley is healthy going into the season, will he take the next step in his career and become a star player? And can he stay healthy?

The guys on Celtics Talk TV discuss.

"You remember when he first started seeing minutes, the game was being played at 70-80 miles an hour, and he was going at 110," Sherrod Blakely said. "And he was just making a lot of silly, young guy mistakes. and he finally figured out a better pace for how to play and be effective at both ends of the floor. But i think just his overall game just has to continue to evolve. I think his experience as a point guard is going to help him down the road because you don't necessarily want him at that position long term like you had to when Rondo was out, but I think knowing that he can do that, I think it's going to help them in case they get into a pinch and need him for a game or two or five."

Bradley is going to be counted on more this season, especially early on with Rajon Rondo out of action.
