Help could be on the way very soon for the Celtics.
Forward Mickael Pietrus went through his first full-length practice on Monday and told reporters he would be ready "48 hours from now" to play against the Mavericks at home on Wednesday night.
Pietrus is in the process of recovering from a right knee injury that needed offseason surgery.
