Perkins: Celtics will ‘make noise' in the playoffs

The Celtics are off to a slow start, but their former center still thinks they have a good shot at a championship.

"They're gonna be good," said Kendrick Perkins, who is in town to face the Celtics with the Thunder. "They're gonna make the playoffs, and then whatever team they're gonna face, I feel sorry for that team."

Perkins also thinks the Celtics have enough talent to replace his contribution.

"You've got the big three and Rajon Rondo, and you've got Jermaine O'Neal and great additions with Brandon Bass and Mickael Pietrus and Keyon Dooling," said Perkins. "They're gonna be alright, trust me."
