BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Like every title team before them, the Boston Celtics' 2008 squad has undergone a number of changes since then.
In fact, Rajon Rondo is the lone member of that team that's still around.
So as the Celtics continue to play on after the glow of Banner 17 has all but faded away, it's as good as time as any to reflect upon the former players from that team and how they fared when facing their title-winning brethren for the first time.
There were those like Ray Allen who not only had a good night scoring the ball, but his new team, the Miami Heat, came away with the win.
Not so fortunate.
That said, here's a look at how the former Celtics from the '08 title team fared in their first matchup against their old team, the Boston Celtics.
