BOSTON Celtics Nation has every reason to be concerned with the team's 0-3 start.
But when you look at their schedule, coupled with what teams historically have done with a comparable schedule, where the C's are right now isn't that out of the ordinary.
Boston is the first team since the 2004-05 Sacramento Kings to open the season with three road games against teams that had a winning record the season prior.
The Kings were 0-3.
And the year before that, the 2003-04 Cleveland Cavaliers (LeBron James' rookie season) had a similar three-game road stretch to start the season.
Their record? 0-3.
"The schedule is what it is," said Boston's Kevin Garnett. "Everyone has to deal with some type of dilemma with their schedule. We're no different from that. We're 0-3 now. We're going to come in, get some good days of work and get ready for home; it's good to come home."
