BOSTON -- It had been a while.
On Tuesday in the Celtics' 100-85 loss, Jeff Green posted 19 points and 10 rebounds against the Knicks, recording his first double-double since April 11, 2011 when he reached the mark with 20 points and 15 boards against the Washington Wizards.
Green, who missed all of last season due to heart surgery, came within two rebounds on December 7, 2012. His season-high in boards had been nine, which he grabbed on December 29 against the Golden State Warriors (he scored six points that game).
So just how long has it been since Green's last double-double?

Tuesday's double-double was his second as a member of the Celtics. Green was traded to the team on February 24, 2011.
