Jeff Green is considered by many to be a frustrating player.
As one of the more athletic players in all of the NBA, Celtics fans expect him to play that way all the time. The problem is, he doesn't.
That has some calling for a trade. Green is due $9.2 million each over the next two seasons. While opposing teams aren't knocking down the door trying to get Green, there's still interest out there.
So, should they do it? Celtics Insider A. Sherrod Blakely says he doesn't think so.
"No. Here's the thing about Jeff Green. He has created this unattainable expectaiotn because he has 39-point outbursts now and then. Jeff Green is a No. 2 at best option on your team. He is being asked to be the No. 1 option on this Celtics squad. I want to see what Jeff Green can do when he is allowed to play the role that he's frankly built for. Jeff Green is not going to go out there and get you 20 or 25 points every night even though he does have the skills to do that."
Kyle Draper says Jeff Green should "roll out of bed and get you 20 points because they have no other scorers on their team".
The two get into a little debate over it. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section.
