Celtics fans don't have to wait long to see the two newest members of the team in action.
The 2014 Orlando Pro Summer League is set to kick off at the end of this week, and the Celtics are one of the teams taking part in it.
Marcus Smart and James Young will both suit up for the C's, along with a handful of players from last year's team - Kelly Olynyk, Phil Pressey, Chris Johnson and Chris Babb.
Rounding out the team is Celtics 2013 draft pick center Colton Iverson who played last season at Besiktas in Turkey, forward/center O.D. Anosike out of Siena and SIG Strasbourg (France), guard Dairis Bertans from Latvia/Bilbao Basket (Spain), forward/center Daniel Coursey out of Mercer, guard Edwin Jackson from France/ASVEL (France), forward Mike Moser out of Oregon, and forward Devin Oliver out of Dayton.
The Celtics' first game will be on Saturday, July 5 at 11:00am against Shabazz Napier and the Miami Heat. Boston also plays games against the Pacers, Pistons and Magic, with a final game scheduled on July 9 based on the league standings.
Based on the format, each team plays five games over the seven-day event, with a championship day being played on the final day of the league. A point system will establish the standings leading up to the final day.
Games can be found on NBA TV.
