There hasn't been much for Celtics Nation to get excited about lately.

Boston has lost four in a row and seven of its last eight games, with each defeat seemingly worst than its predecessor.

They just traded away Courtney Lee to Memphis for Jerryd Bayless who is in the middle of one of his worst seasons ever shooting the ball.

However, one of the few bright spots of late has been the shooting of Avery Bradley.

The 6-foot-2 guard has improved his offensive game in just about every facet of play.

A 43.3 percent shooter in the first few weeks of the season, He's up to 47.2 percent shooting since December.

Bradley has made tremendous progress in keeping the game simple and taking whatever the opposing team's defense allows.

He is shooting 51.9 percent on 3s since December, after connecting on just 27.9 percent of his 3s in the first full month of the season.

Rebounding is another area he has shown tremendous growth as the season progressed.

He has averaged 5.3 rebounds per game, compared to just 3.3 in October and November.

Boston hopes to get another big game out of Bradley tonight, especially against a Denver team that has had its problems defensively in keeping teams from pouring on the points.

In their last two games, Denver has averaged 124 points per game which is tops among teams in that short period of time.
