CLEVELAND Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers told the media that Brandon Bass will get the start tonight with Jermaine O'Neal out with a wrist injury. Bass will play power forward, while Kevin Garnett will slide over to play center. They will be joined by Rajon Rondo - this will be his first game against the Cavs this season - as well as Ray Allen and Paul Pierce.
While Garnett will likely begin the game at center, it's not a stretch to see him defend Cleveland power forward Antawn Jamison and have Bass guard Cleveland center and former Celtic, Semih Erden who will be making his seventh straight start as a fill-in for Andy Varejao (wrist fracture).
The C's will also look to Chris Wilcox coming off the bench to play both positions.
As for O'Neal, he remains out indefinitely.
