BOSTON -- The Celtics will once again trot out a new look with Brandon Bass reinserted in the starting lineup.

Bass will replace Kris Humphries. The change comes about in an attempt to better match up against Brooklyn's smaller lineup.

Bass, who has started 36 games this season, gives the Celtics a more versatile defender in the front court.

The Nets, winners in nine of their last 10 games, have been fueled in part by a lineup that includes Joe Johnson, Alan Anderson and former Celtic Paul Pierce who now starts at power forward.

"Whatever the team needs me to do, that's what I'll do," Bass told CSNNE.com recently. "I'm just trying to do whatever I can to help us win some games."
